Welcome.

I’ve created this blog to make a space primarily discussing books I’ve read, and to also discover those that I have not. I’ve always longed for more discussion on literature, from books like Fahrenheit 451 to Harry Potter, from Lord of the Rings to Jane Eyre.

I’m a young adult woman, with two cats and a love for coffee. Cliche, I know. I’m a sucker for all things fantasy and convoluted romance, and I’m quite peculiar on the execution of world building, character development, and their interactions. I am also in the middle of writing my own lore choked six book fantasy series, so I may blog about this as well.

On Bookish Creatures I’ll be writing full length reviews on the books I read, two for each book. One review for those considering reading said book, spoiler free. Another, an in-depth discussion on the worlds, characters, flaws, and everything I loved (and did not love) about the author’s work. I will also be open for recommendations; I want to discover new adventures and learn what others love.

But enough about me.

My goal is to make a space for individuals to join together in their love for books, delving deeper into these wonderful worlds, and having a place to gush on details we don’t believe anyone else would care to listen to.
