"Ash Princess", a Synopsis

For Those Considering to Read...

Theodosia is surviving.

Or rather, Thora is.

Theodosia died long ago, along with the death of her mother, her Queen. As a young girl she watched a foreign man slit the throat of her mother as her entire kingdom was overthrown and tied down in shackles.

Now she is just Thora, the Ash Princess.

From a young age she was held captive in her own childhood home, beaten and tortured until she accepted her new identity as Thora, the little Ash Princess. The title is a mockery of her heritage to her godly ancestor, the goddess of fire. She is kept locked up and paraded by the Kaiser as a trophy, and she lives by this one simple rule. Don't make the Kaiser angry and you will live

Thora is happy with just surviving, she is a lamb in the lion's den, after all. She shouldn't be alive. Isn't that enough?

Yet when Thora is forced to do something that paints her hands with the blood of her own people, a piece of her wakes up. A piece of her that Thora has shoved down for nearly ten years now.

As pieces of Theodosia start to re-awaken, old memories and new dangers start to arise. How long can the little lamb escape the maw of the beasts she is forced to live with? How long can she face death itself until she finds a way to escape?

How long can the little lamb keep pretending to be meek and injured?

Theodosia is awakening, and she will free her people.

No matter the cost.
